All applications need to contain the following:
-3-4 paragraphs explaining why you would be a decent moderator, what makes you fit to be a moderator, your past experiences with being a moderator, and any other relevant information.
-Proper organization, spelling, grammar, etc.
-A video or voice recording of you explaining your qualities as a person (please be humble and share good AND bad qualities). If you're uncomfortable showing yourself in a video, you can just record yourself talking, that's fine. For an easy, anonymous voice recorder, use http://vocaroo.com/ (after recording, click "Post on the internet" and get the Vocaroo link and post on your app). AN APPLICATION WITHOUT THIS WILL MAKE IT VERY HARD TO GET ACCEPTED. You need to show that you're not afraid of expressing yourself and will be able to communicate with other staff members easily.
-Explain the duties of a moderator and why you would want to handle those responsibilities.
-Show that you can access Ventrilo, MSN, and/or Tinychat.com/bsmikey (a picture of you accessing one of these three will work).
Feel free to arrange your application any way that you want. If your application doesn't include all of the above, you better hope that the things you did include make us want to promote you.
Serious applications only, please. If you post stupid shit like "lol i wanna be mod for cr0wn!!!! hahaz yea >.<", it's highly likely that you'll get a short, 1-day forum ban for just being a fucking moron.
